Setup (5 steps)

  5. Print a Score Sheet for each game.

How to play (short rules)

  1. Roll the die, move your counter.
  2. Land on an emotion → answer a question for +1.
  3. Land on a Calm Card → complete the action for +1.
  4. Land on a Challenge Card → complete the challenge for +1/+2/+3.
  5. When everyone finishes, the highest score wins.
